It is important to us that you love itgoes products as much as we do. If for any reason you need to exchange or return a product, we offer a 14-day exchange and return policy for all products purchased from the itgoes online store. In order for us to accept your return, the products must be in their original condition and packaging, and unused. In case of problems, you can contact us using the Contact Us form or by email at info@itgoes.fi



General return instructions and conditions

If you want to return a product you ordered, please notify us of your return at info@itgoes.fi. Please include your order number and the products you are returning in the message.

Pack the products in their original condition and packaging in the shipping bag you received and attach the return label we sent with your order. Take the return to the nearest Posti office and keep the receipt for the delivery.

Failure to pick up an order

Please note that failure to pick up an order is not in accordance with our return policy. In this case, the order will be returned to the sender. For failure to pick up, we will charge a €20 fine for the processing and delivery costs incurred for the order.

Defective or incorrect products

If the product you ordered is defective or you have received the wrong product, please contact our customer service immediately and we will fix the issue as quickly as possible.

Product replacement

We do not offer direct exchanges between products. Exchanges can be made by returning the original product you ordered and then placing a new order for the product you want.



Credit

Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive an email notification. If we accept the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. If you return the entire order, we will also refund the shipping costs.

Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account. If the refund does not appear within 14 days, please contact us.

Special situations

Please note that we do not offer exchange or return rights for special deliveries or custom-made products.
